Arch Street Advisors is a boutique placement advisory firm dedicated to raising institutional capital for select private equity funds and for independent sponsors. We specialize in working with strong lower middle market funds seeking to raise $100-500 million, to augment their LP base and with independent sponsors seeking to raise $10-150 million. We work well in parallel with groups that have good internal fundraising capabilities and also are active in top-off engagements. We also raise first time funds for accomplished investors and operators.
Arch Street’s principals have raised in excess of $6 billion for dozens of funds ranging in size from $125 million to $850 million and for numerous special purpose vehicles managed by independent sponsors.
